More Art on the Walls

I finished framing my random Tuesday night art project from last month.  I wanted it to be in a white frame with a bright mat.  This proved to be a difficult request.  Apparently the rest of the world would like black frames with white mats.  Pshaw.  So I bought a black one, spray painted it white and spiced up the double mat it came with. 

I just used a yellow acrylic paint to brighten up the inner mat and it really made the yellow in my painting pop.  I still do not claim to be an artist by any stretch of the word, but I was at least impressed enough to hang this in my bedroom.

On a sidenote, Pablo still has a bit of green on his fur from the painting experiment but it is slowly coming off.
